An organised mum-of-two has prepared 50 meals and 10 salads for less than $100 after losing 21kg.
Kaitie Purssell, from Lake Macquarie, New South Wales, who’s been dubbed the ‘queen of meal prepping’, made seven different dishes to freeze and reheat and they were all between 260 and 575 calories.
On this occasion, the hearty meals included slow cooked pork curry, Mexican lasagna, Tuscan chicken stew, chicken fried rice, chicken and chorizo enchiladas, beef and sweet potato stew and chili con carne.
